[QUOTE="psych0mantra"]Cracking them would be illegal right? But anyway....STEAM is very good, although I try not to use it.... I feel it's harder to backup my saved games through it...I love my boxed collection don't get me wrong, but my Steam collection is my baby. I love my steams games basically because I don't have to worry about the hassle of needing the disks, or the disks getting burned out or damaged from too much play. With Steams back up feature you can literally keep your games forever as long as you keep an up to date backup on them. The only downside is that some games require you to be connected to the internet in order to play them, but then you can just download a crack for them. All in all, I love my Steam game collection more so than my boxed collection. Hands down.

I don't think that it's illegal to crack game as long as you own them, I tried doing some research on google for it but came up with mixed answers. There was no reliable source that I could find the info at. I just use the cracks for the convienence of not having to be connected to the internet to play my games. I'm deployed over in Kuwait and the internet is not always available to me so using cracks is sometimes my only way of playing my favorite games from steam without having the internet.
