GET A 1920x1080 resolution monitor, games look crappy in a 1440x900 monitor, Dont be CHEAP and make the mistake of getting a 1680x1050 monitor either cause thats what most people with NO knowledge do.

btw the price gap of these monitors is not more than 20 bucks.

Get the phenom x4, Stock at 3.2ghz, No need to overclock, and you can safely overclock to 3.5ghz without after market cooler or any of that stuff.

If u get an i7 processor, Why do u get a cheaply 9500gt card, that card cant max any game out there today.

i built a system for 1040, with phenom 955, and ati 4870x2 so yes the answer u can max out crysis with only 1k and 40 dollars.
