Sony = innovation is not copying the technology of 3d Gaming of Nintendo (PSX)
or copying the motion and nunchuck and releasing with lower standards of move controller and nav controller .
or copying the tablet gamepad and releasing a new controller with a touch pad DS4 Controller.
Microsoft = Innovation can be considered kinect which only uses a sensor to provide motion functionality Which is a innovation in tech. but xbox1 doesn't seem to have anything that the 360 doesn't have.
All Sony and MS have done is UPGRADE their consoles with better GFX card, processor and ram, that is not innovation instead and update. As for Nintendo came up with an original idea of tablet game pad. Nintendo also previously came with motion and nunchuck controller, Nintendo first came up with 3D Adventure Genre.
@Kronical42 Sir, i can make a pc with better specs and play game with better graphics than consoles, what sets apart the regular updates of ram, processor, Graphics card and Etc Etc, is the technology how Nintendo brings all along since 1989.
@Patohua1 I own vita and may get ps4 or xbox. but thats only for games not because i found the console so innovative. Nintendo console always have unique harware that people will remember, rather than just plain technology. Ps vita is a very good console not because it has power of home console but having the rear and front touch pad plus the gyroscope and the dual analog stick make it a good hardware. but Wiiu is bundled with a tablet gamepad, as compared to PS4. plus not all games will support ps vita - ps4 connection
@wewerethere i enjoyed sega more than Nes. I played so many great games lion king, streets of rage, shinobi, have you ever played game on game gear. Sega was the king and the only true competition was Nintendo. Sony and ms are nothing compared to what sega was.
by the way whats so innovative about Ps4 and Xbox1 they are only in demand for high detailed graphics , Kinect i understand is the good but theres nothing more than that in xbox. Nintendo has come up with a tablet game pad as compared to ps4 with touch pad. the only innovation Sony has done so far is ps vita.
@dummpymonkey123 exactly my thought, Everyone thinks of sega as a cheap game maker, specially new generation kiddies who don't know about Sega. Sega now doesn't even make game on par with low budget studios because they quit the console market. If Nintendo quit the console market then they will also fail. Nintendo better continue making console and the exclusive games.
some comments here are so odd , let me point one thing, Sega became multi platform and made sonic on ps PSX, PS2 and Nintendo, but it dint sell much, now Sega is a former shadow of itself after dropping the console market. People look down at Sega games as cheap make. I don't want Nintendo to follow this route. Let Nintendo games be on Nintendo and if you want to play you better buy the console or play the old ones on emulators. But i hope they never go multi platform because that will destroy Nintendo forever after 4 - 5 years people will think Nintendo as good old memories. Nintendo is a image and let be like that rather than just a name.
wii u is good and Nintendo has great and innovative games. Playing with nun chuck and motions is far better in Wii then ps3 move and nav controller. Sony was inspired by Nintendo technology. I only prefer Sony for the games they have but that is about it Sony psx and ps2 was far better in games then ps3. Ps3 was like a remix version in terms of games, Only few move games are good that ps3 had as compared to Wii which has tons of games not to forget resident evil umbrella chronicles and dark side chronicles is far better in wii than ps3. At least ms has kinect which competes with motion technology of Wii so ms is the only other maker that has something of their own, If WII can get more third party developers than i am sure sales will hike. PLEASE LET INDIES DEVELOP ON NINTENDO.. MR IWATA
