@silv3rst0rm:

I agree. I've got about 120 games on my SNES classic to 'complete' the package.

The only problem here is games are alot larger, and the iso's are more than likey going to be ROM so swapping is unlikely and space will probably be filled.

And yeah, Intelligent Qube! Mr Driller!! Jumping Flash!!! WTF. Where's Suikoden, Alundra, Soul Blade, Dark Chronicle, Mortal Kombat Trilogy, Loaded, Crash Team Racing, Tony Hawks Pro Skater, Ace Combat, Gran Turismo 2 FFS.

As a complete package I'll be skipping this unless the 'community' can bust it open and let me load it up with proper games.

@Barighm:

Well technically Razor have already attempted this.

The problem isn't specs, it's operating system, and most use Android at which point they've instantly failed.

People buying IPhones and Samsungs are doing so largely through brand loyalty and the specs of those are capable of handling anything Android and IOS can produce. And no gamers are interested in crappy Android games.

This is dead before it's even left the gates, it has no market with any target audience.

The game is great fun. But, you absolutely need to have the ships and weapons before it feels like a complete game. The add-on content/toys are not extra things you buy for the game, they're things cut out of the game and then sold back to you to bring it back to normal again. It's a really horrible exercise in how much can you mask ripping off your consumers, and it feels thin here.

If you add the price of all the DLC, except maybe wings and pilots as they have little effect on the experience, then that is the price of this game. And at that price point this game is a really hard sell.

You really won't find a huge satisfaction in the starting 3 weapons. Having all the content allows you to setup 3 loadouts of varying weaponry, pilots, ships and mods and it then becomes a great experience. But at the price you'd have to be insane to justify and legitimise publishers charging absurd amounts for what is basically an average games worth of content.

Except they're not AAA games. They are pre-alpha products. You should be getting paid to test them.

Never said it was a scam, I said it's an unsustainable ripoff. Which it is. The fact you are happy to be ripped-off doesn't change that fact.

Should have just had an easter egg styleTV in the background of some shot, playing one of those 'world's most dangerous criminals' shows with the old lady on a 6 month murder spree. Hole filled.
