i simple way to bypass all of this stuff......is to put your pc's ip where it shows DMZ. you will never need to forward any port for any game/program. this will make your computer less secure, however, so if you do that, be sure to use a good software firewall.

Done, it works perfectly. I really can't belive it, lol. i'm glad that i found this out. thanks rock solid, and to CaparoT1 who started this forum post. i just need a better cooler cause mine sucks. but temps are hovering around 35 C.

yea it's pretty cool. glad it worked for you. i've been doing this OC with the stock cooler for almost 2 years with no heating problems. i idle around 36-40C....which is fine

i already have the gamespot sigs disabled, but sigs from gamefaqs posters still show up.

they are useless and interfere when quoting/replying to messages.

please work with gamefaqs--do whatver you gotta do--to let us get rid of them if we want.

thank you

That Q6600 is a massive bottleneck for a GTX 295. Still though it shouldn't be performing worse than your old card.Duckman5
the q6600 doesn't bottleneck anything

I'd much rather use 7 or XP than Vista. I'd rather use 98 than Vista.d-rtyboy
