Two games I really want to try out are Final Fantasty 13 and Heavy Rain. Which of these two games in your opinion is worth it to just rent? I'm thinking FF is probably longer, so in the long run that would be a game to buy because it would probably take me a while to beat. But, is Heavy Rain worth the rent, or is this game a must buy?

Hey, I know that I don't have a gaming laptop, but I should be able to install a game or two without having any problems. Its a newer laptop and I don't install a bunch of junk on it that would make it run slow. Can anyone tell me how I can find out the specs for the laptop? When I find out, I was going to post them on here and hopefully someone here could tell me whether or not I can run games on it? Thanks!

Should I get a bunch of old titles that I missed out on like Heavenly Sword and some other old ones? Or, should I purchase just one or two newer games?

Hey guys, for Christmas one of the things I asked for was a gift card to Best Buy. I wanted this because I am thinking about getting a PSP 3000, so instead of purchasing it with my own money I was hoping to just use gift cards. I believe my mom also told my aunt to get me a best buy gift car..(all of the cousins in my family pick a name from a hat and whoever they choose is thei secret santa) So, my aunt will tell my cousin to get me a best buy gift card. I'm expecting to get $50 worth from my parents and probably $25 or $50 from my cousin..so I think i'll get around $75 to $100.

That leads me to my question. I already have a PS3...and I don't really travel too much, so if I were to get a PSP it would really only be for games that are exclusive to the PSP and can't play on my Playstation. Is it still worth buying the 3000? Or, should I use the best buy credit elsewhere..on PS3 games or something else? I know in the end i'll have the final decision, but I just wanted to hear what some of you think the smarter choice is.

More games for my PS3? Or, buy the PSP 3000? Thanks a lot for your answers!

Hey guys. I have always loved to write (currently working on my first "official" book) Always enjoyed playing videogames and thought that I had some pretty good ideas for some RPG elemented action/adventure games. Problem is, I never learned how to do all that computer programming stuff..therefore I have no idea how to actually CREATE a videogame. Is there such a job as to where I come up with the whole story and just direct a team of people to do what needs to be done? If there is, that is exactly what I would want to be. Is there anyone here that can help me out?? Thanks!

It's already a career buddy, it's called Game Designing. No computer skills required, they hire people to write storylines and scripts for video games.

Okay, thanks chief. Do I have to know anything about programming or any of the computer "lingo"?

Okay, thanks for all the replies. I mean, I knew that I could write a story and send it into a company in hopes of getting them to make it, I just wasn't sure if there was a specific job title for this. So, if this were to be my main job, do you think id have to know anything about actually programming and knowing the whole "computer language"?
