Well this monday at school sombody asked me if I had an original xbox and I told him yeah, but I never play it. Then he gets all excited and say hey I'll buy it from you. He offers me $100. Thensomeone elseoffers me $120 and he offers me $125. So yeah I'm selling my Xbox for $125. I guess this means I'm upgrading to a 360.Anyway I gavehim my xbox, 3 controlers, and 5 games(ncaa07, ghost recon 2,splinter cell pandora tommorow, starwars episode 3, and starwars republic commando). I don'treally play any of those games so I think I got a good deal. I keptsome games for myself too(Halo, Halo2, Star Wars: Battlefront 2, and KOTOR). Sodo you guys think I made a good deal?

I have played through BioShock twice and unlocked both endings. It's an amazing game, but it's one of those games that is best the first time you play it. It's extremely fun even after playing through it twice but I know what's going to happen. I wish I could erase my memory of BioShock and play it one night by myself. It is amazing. Most games that have good gameplay usually lack story and games that have a great story sometimes lack great gameplay. BioShock has both. It's one of the best games I've ever played. Please go get this game if you haven't yet. It's freaking crazy. You'll love it.

Ok so all I've been playing this week is BioShock. I finished it today and I loved it all the way through. The game is totally amazing. The story is great. The dialog is awesome. The atmosphere is great. The action is crazy. The big daddys are freakin sweat. The game is just amazing. I don't even know how to describe it. It's just an amazing game. Go get it. Now. You'll love it. i don't want to go into too much detail about it because I don't want to give any spoilers but I'll have a review up in a few weeks. But go get this game. It's amazing.

Finally BioShock has arrived. I have picked up my limited edition copy and I'm ready to play. I won't have much time though this week but I'll get my time in in the weekend. I can't wait to play this game. I'll have a review up in a month maybe. This is so cool. I can't wait to play it. I have my Big Daddy figure up on my shelf in his package. The figure looks very nice. Tell me what you guys think of the game. I'll post my opinion on it in a later blog.

Ahh, I freakin hate this. I purchased my new computer a few months ago to be ready for DX10 and DX10 is already obsolete. Wtf. That doesn't even make sense. There really aren't many DX10 games out yet and they're already going to DX10.1 which will not be compatible with DX10 cards. I put a good bit of money into my GPU. I bought 2 8800GTXs. I just can't believe they are already making it obselete. Arghhh, it just makes me angry. Well I just wanted to get all that anger out. I know DX10 really isn't obsolete and that I just won't be getting the features of DX10.1. I just wish it could have been like a DX10 patch or something that worked with DX10 cards. But yeah I'm pretty angry about it.

This post isn't really my normal what I've been playing this week post. I've decided to combine this week and next week into one What I've Been Playing. I just wanted to do this so that next week my entire post isn't all about BioShock. I wanted it to have some more variety. Another reason is I just haven't had much time to play any games this week. It was my first week of highschool this week. I'm enjoying highschool so far, but anyway back to the games. All I played this week was half-life 2 and bf2. One cool thing that I would like to mention is that I actually ranked up twice in less than five minutes in bf2. I'm not sure how though. I really wasn't playing that well, but it was cool. Well check back next saturday for a complete What I've Been Playing. I'll probably include a lot of stuff about bioshock in it. I'll be careful not to include any spoilers and If I do have a spoiler I'll make sure you know so you can skip over it. Like always feel free to leave comments.

Have you guys seen the BioShock art book. That game looks so much creepier than I originally thought it would be. I will still get it but some of the mutants just look creepy. If you get the chance check it out. It's awesome.

EDIT:nvm the guys that i said look really creepy were early designs of the enemies you would be fighting. You guys should still check it out though.

This is really random, but anyway I was playing stalker and killed a guy by throwing a grenade at him. Yeah sounds like a normal kill right? Well here is the little twist: the guy didn't die from the explosion from the grenade but died because i hit him in the head with it. It was hilarious. I was up on this bridge and there were a few guys below me that didn't see me. I threw a grenade at them and it hit one guy in the head and he died then after it exploded it killed the rest. I just thought that was a really satisfying kill and I wanted to share it with you guys.

Ok this week I didn't play as many games. I pre-ordered 3 games today, and they were:

Well anyway onto the games I played this week. I'll just make a quick list this time. So I played World of Warcraft, F.E.A.R. Combat, Battlefield 2, and a little bit of Company of Heroes.

World of Warcraft

You know what. I'm freakin tired of talking about world of warcraft. It's the same thing everytime. I mainly play it because it's the only game I can get my friends into. I play I lvl up do some quest blah blah blah. It's boring. So from now on when I play WoW I'll just tell you what lvl I am or some sort of special achievment I performed. I'm lvl 19 on my new Hunter and my Warrior is lvl 45. Woohoo done with world of warcraft.

F.E.A.R.: Combat

I've been playing this a lot, so all you bounty hunters out there prepair to get pwned! I wish all of you a good game too. Not much to say here you know shoot guys in the face get points blow them up with grenades. Fun, and of course free. It's not the best multiplayer shooter out there but hey it's free. Btw great choice Keving Vanord. I don't have to buy a game to play in the bounty hunter grudge match yay!

Battlefield 2

I played this some. I got frustrated about the stats of my account so I created a new one. So I'm starting fresh and clean. I haven't played much on it but I got my basic medic combat badge and I was doing pretty well on a bunch of the battles I played. I did a lot of Strike at Karkand (a.k.a. best freakin bf2 map ever). I had fun on BF2 like I always do. I also thank it for getting me into PC gaming because PC gaming is the best gaming there is.

Company of Heroes

I only played like one ranked match on this. It was pretty fun. I was playing against a total noob so I had the entire map controled in about 4 min. I brought in some half tracks with the flamethrowers on them and they totally annihalted him. He was only using infantry and had no anti-tank so I completely destroyed him. He gave up. That was fun although not extremely satisfying since he was a noob and it wasn't a challenge but it's still fun to own noobs.

So yeah that's what I've been playing this week. Expect less games soon because I'll have school and stuff so yeah. After August 21st all I'll be playing is Bio Shock probably. Once again feel free to comment.

Also here is a cool Bio Shock trailer. I know it's old but I just ran across it again and it remind me of the first time I saw it and didn't even think of buying the game because of how freaky it looked, but now I can't wait for this game. Also I notice in this trailer that the little sister is not very freaky. She actually looks like a little girl that I would never think of killing. I like this version of the little sister better but i guess they changed it to make the choice to save or kill the little sister harder. Anyway here it is. Also a little warning this trailer is somewhat gross but it asks you for your age anyway so if you're 17+ you can handle it. I'm only 15 and I have to admit it made me somewhat queezy at some moments, but thats probably because I had just eaten and I was feeling a little sick before, but the trailer is kinda gross. You'll see if you haven't watched it yet.

Also some other news in my gaming life is that my friend's 360 just died. Now that only leaves one more of my friend's who has a 360 that has never died. That's pretty sad. Oh well.
