I've got to agree with jaysonguy and the others. I have the Energizers mentioned. I got 4 batteries plus the charger for 17.99, and then I got an extra set of 2 for my 3rd Wiimote for around 5 bucks. That's way cheaper than the charge station, and it's a more efficient method of powering the remotes. Also, I don't have to muddy up my Wiimotes with unapproved 3rd party attachments like the battery covers. I'm sure the rubber grips are nice and all, but I'm not a fan of skins or anything that changes my system from the way it was made to be. Oh and last gen I had a Nyko PS2 memory card that erased all of my info one day and then wouldn't let me save on it at all anymore. So, needless to say I no longer trust Nyko. And to the poster above, I've been using mine since January and have had no problems. I recharge about once a week if I'm playing frequently.
I don't have any preordered yet except Brawl. I preordered MP3 at Gamestop and they didn't have it on Monday. I went to Wal-Mart and there it was, so I said forget the 5 bucks and bought it a day early. And then I went to Gamestop and switched my preorder over to Brawl instead (which strangely they allow) But I will also be preordering Galaxy and Guitar Hero 3. If I can find them a day early elsewhere, I can always switch to later releases, and if I can't then at least I'm guaranteed a copy on release day.
An interesting side note : when Gamestop called me to get me to pick up Metroid, I told them I found it on Monday and he asked me where, told him Wal-Mart and he said "They broke the street date again, gonna have to rat them out." I then informed him that the game can legally be sold on the ship date, and was available at Nintendo's store in Manhattan. He kind of shrugged it off. I told him they would probably get more preorders if people could actually get their game on the day it's supposed to come out. Maybe they'll listen since anyone who goes to Gamestop knows how obsessed they are with preorders!
I think people are having enough trouble moving their arms around like madmen without causing damage to themselves, objects, or others. You really want to add leg movement into it? It would be fun/useful for sports and fighting games and that would be it.
30.00!!!?? Wow, usually their trade in rates are much worse than that. I traded in Red Steel and WarioWare for the Godfather. It was a decent choice, although I do miss the other 2 from time to time. If I traded Mario Party and Big Brain Academy (both were fun for about a week, but not lasting at all) I could maybe pick up a few GameCube games I've been meaning to get. Namely SSB Melee so I can tide myself over for Brawl and Killer7, which I heard a ton of good stuff about but never played. I guess I would need a WaveBird too.
