I'd say everything I'm waiting for this holiday season is PS3 with the exeption of Banjo & Kazooie. Killzone2 (not exactly this year), LBP, God of War 3 (that might not be exclusive, I really dont know).

yes, if the game was fine but now unstable (slow-fast-slow), it means something wrong; most likely for older machine: too many unwanted programs infested and running on the background and hard disk that lacks mantenanc (defragment).
