guildwars is an online rpg with ages of hours worth of gameplay you can sink into it.. its relaxed, simple, and oh so much fun id call it diablo with a bigger world, next to no cheating and its endlessly fun

the HP's touchpads were garbage. Like you just lightly move with the touchpad and it would flick everywhere, I tried a few. Few times it got stuck, same with the Sony.
yeah I have never owned a laptop in my life so it's hard for me to help him pick a good one. With my PC's I have built them all and I know what to put in there. I don't know any other good brands in general like Asus.ive got an ASUS laptop personally, cost about 500$ total, from researching laptops it seemed like a rally good brand, worked out well for me sofar, only owned it for a few months though

I know everyone is entitled to their opinions... but I still am amazed when people say those graphics look "mediocre" sorry.... :-P

Kinda hard to be excited about a $60 DLC to a game that came out 4 years ago and the visuals still haven't improved. Adding more scripted events and debris falling doesnt not make better graphics.
I also find their statement on why they've stuck with the same engine to be total BS. Theres no way with the money and time they have that they can't create a new engine. They could always license UE3, but then they'd be forced to pay royalities which Kotick clearly can't afford to do. Just like they couldn't afford paying the royalities to IW's creators for MW2 :o
But WHY so much EMPHASIS on graphics...? The game still looks great and if it's fun fine, doesn't need to be the next Crysis to be successful... uh because better graphics = good? With the amount of money this company has they can easily improve the game via graphics. I mean the game play will always suck, but at least it will look pretty LOL.[QUOTE="sexygirl6t9"] Played it at a friends and was not impressed..ChubbyGuy40
Translation: "I pirated it and couldn't run it on my crappy PC OMG CD Projekt is teh sux."
Or you could geniunely hate it, which is an impossibility :D
k? I rarely buy any games on release day anymore. I signed up on this forum originally to find about new upcoming games to see if they are worth it. What I have found is that the majority of people overhype games and they turn out to be garbage - ie. Dragon Age 2, Crysis 2, Witcher 2, Brink, etc. The only thing this game has is better graphics than most RPGs. I think I stated how hard they failed on the combat. Also my PC is fine. One of my first topics here was asking if I needed to upgrade. I can play pretty much everything on high. I have no reason to upgrade now unless I want full AA and totally maxed which is unnecessary for the price. Game sucks. Not everyone is going to like the same games as you. Obligatory QQ more nub.I think there's a misunderstanding, my question is simply how good a macbook pro is for gaming. I want a macbook, gaming or not, but I just wanna know if it can handle it. If not, then I'll just forget gaming. But I DON'T want a laptop specifically for gaming. And those laptops in the links still don't compare to macs, there's still heavier and bulkier with an average battery life. Yes I realize macbook batteries aren't magical but they still last longer, and I'm probably gonna be using an outlet if I were going to play games anywayPapaya69MACS SUCK FOR GAMING.
