that doesn't change the fact that in your original message, you are implying that microsoft is taking something that belongs to sony, that's the flaw with your argument. microsoft securing a ffxiii release for the 360, or sony securing a ninja gaiden 2 release for the ps3 is not stealing, borrowing, or taking of anything from their competition.
i have both... (shotputking on psn, Shot Put King on Xbox live) and i definitely prefer my 360... but they're both great systems, and would recommend both.
Listen... one day you'll take some business classes in college, and you'll realize just how silly a phrase like, "stealing exclusives" is. they are properties owned by third parties, which means microsoft can't possibly steal them. if microsoft released god of war, using stolen codes, taht would be one thing. but having it be a better decision for a company to release a game on more than on console due to market conditions and the complexity and cost of programming for current machines is pure business, nothing personal.
pro unified console though, would be horrible. with no competition, advancements and the bettering of a product stagnate. so we need differences between consoles, what the hardware offers and what games are offered for each to keep the industry moving forward... but please don't confuse your personal emotions with teh business of video games.
i applaud your parents and the stores that aren't letting you purchase it. if video games are to ever be taken seriously as a form of entertainment, this needs to happen regularly.
microcenter is great. i used to order from the all the time, but now i work a few miles from one, so i just go there to shop. i never had any problems ordering anything from them before though.
