Is there a certain age that gaming skills diminish. Or is there a certain age that you should be "forced" to retire like brett favre? I don't want to, but I know its inevitable.
Music/game genre taste aside, for those who have PLAYED it or seen the in game videos... Is there a better looking game visually out right now? If so, I don't know what it is.
I think its more impressive than fn3 because it does have more elaborate character models and environmental designs. I really do think that this game proves that the next gen really is here. The bodys are symmetrically accurate and the faces are spot on. I haven't seen better character models in game. Ever.

The point is Japan does not make a console winner. XBOX did literally nothing in Japan last gen and GC did admirably there. Except it didn't do as good everywhere else and XBOX sold more units worldwide.
What the hell is the use of photorealistic graphics if all you can do is render ugly rapper's faces (Def Jam) and not a whole army in a jungle (Crysis).
The 360 can definitely do Crysis
....at 2 frames per second.

And anyway, I just finished playing the demo and I honest to goodness have to say this is the best looking game (visually) I've played since Fight Night 3, GRAW and Gears. That's right, it's in that category graphically.
And I have to honestly say this is what a next gen game should look like. Photorealistic environments, photorealistic models, realistic physics. I'm not a huge fan of the Def Jam series, although I did rent and finish the previous two games, but the demo just sold me. I'm purchasing this game.
This isn't about taste in music or opinions on mainstream hiphop, this is about whats in the game, and I have to say, based on that alone, DJ Icon could be one of the best looking games on console. Period.
