Get the 40 gb, trust me, you don't need that much space. I downloaded all Grand Turiosmo 5 cars and all God of War 3 online map packs and still have 39 gigs left. 120 is blantly uneeded. Anyone who says so is lying.

I put a 320Gb in my 80 ps3 last month and have already used bowt 50GB-downloading demos,updates and videos
It's a 40 GB. I know that you have to "install" ps3 games when you buy them, and I was wondering about how much space these games take up. Is 40 GB gonna be enough??

Well its easy enough to fit a bigger hard drive later and so buy the ps3 you can afford at the moment as one with a 40GB hard drive is better than no ps3 at all.
I've already bought it from GAME. And its arrived and everything. When my sony warranty runs out can i buy a 3 year?

Yes you can buy extended warranties after the console is a year old,plus theres always continious play insurance available at about £4.99 per month from playstation official site.
