#5. Monster Rancher 4
This game is often seen as a Pokemon or Digimon knock-off, but it is far different and just as good as Pokemon and far better than Digimon. The monsters in this game are pretty much pets. You raise these pets by training; so, for example, to raise your monsters speed it will run on a giant hamster wheel or to raise it's accuracy it will throw rocks at a target. These monster pets also battle and go on adventures, they can also learn one of many moves from these adventures. This game is a really good game all around.

#4. Pikmin 2
I've never really been a fan of real time strategy games, but Pikmin 2 is different. The controls are simple enough for anyone to get into and the concept of the game (collect treasure) is so easy to remember that you will never forget what to do next. The gameplay is also really fun. With the 5 different Pikmin colors and all the different enemy types, you will constantly be solving how to beat certain enemies and how to get around obstacles. This game is a blast to play.

#3. Super Mario Sunshine
Best platforming game ever! I could go on and on about what I like about this game. The new characters, the boss battles, the worlds, the new gameplay mechanics, how there are cut scenes with voice acting, how there are a lot of unique missions, how there is a lot of hidden goods, how the graphics are, and the HUB world is one of the best I've seen in a game. This game is platforming at its best.

#2. Pokemon Black/White
This game is just a blast to play. They have added so much to this game that I haven't even tried it all yet. Some of the recent things they added to Pokemon, besides the obvious like more Pokemon, items, and moves, are: 3 on 3 battles, rotation battles, wi-fi battles, the dream world, the PokeMusical, and more. This is easily the best Pokemon game so far and one of the best RPGs I've ever played.
