This has been my biggest complaint, with a lot of Sonic games, is Sonic's attitude in the games, it feels as if Sega is trying to make him more kid friendly.

I just bought Sonic, Sonic 2 and Sonic 3 for the Genesis yesterday, let me just say that trilogy represents Sonic at his best.

It doesn't matter what the raiting is, as long as it's a game you as gamer enjoy is what matters. After all everyone is entitled to their opinions.

Microst knew the 360 was unstable and still put it out on the market. I dont know how any consumer can support them. I dont care if it has a life time warranty and wipes my tail I would never give my hard earned money to some that doesnt even care about the customer.

Yea they were stupid for doing this. It has cost them over a billion in repair costs, and an unknown amount in lost sales. But, honestly I hope they throw the suit out. Microsoft has paid hundreds of millions more because of this, and are standing behind thier product. They have put out 2 revisions of the hardware, and are repairing the RROD'd consoles for free. A full recall is the only other thing they can do, and I sure hope that doesn't happen.

But lets be real about this, If they didn't care about the consumer, they wouldn't have spent so much for the repairs. Something Sony could never do when the PS2 had so many DRE problems. The 360 has had it's faults, maybe they were known before launch, maybe the report came from a disgrunteled employee. Who cares, they are taking care of it. Thats all I care about. They hours on end gaming i have with two nephews that live a couple hours away is worth it. Besides, the games and Live are 2nd to none. If I have to deal with sending in my console a couple times, then so be it. It's FREE!

Yes MS messed up, they've paid the pipper with billions in repair costs, and lost sales, and they've done all they can do to solve the problem. This lawsuit is more then likely going to be thrown out because of lack of evidence, since they're evidence are video game magazines and web site articles, all of which can't really be trusted. I mean 16% is still a very low number, what about the 84% who haven't had problems, and stand behind the 360?

From what I've heard the evidence they're presenting are he said-she said articles from gaming magazines, blogs and websites.

The newer the model the more likely you are to have a falcon or heat sinks. The best 360s are the ones that have a manufacturing date after July 2007. However, while the technology is some what improved, the RRoD can still happen if you're careless.

Wow, a class action lawsuit against microsoft by a small group of disgrunteled gamers and their evidence comes from website articles and gaming magazines, this isn't going to go very far, especally since you can't trust magazine and internet articles because you can't tell if they're lying in order to improve the image of a console/company they like, or to get their 15 seconds of fame.

Don't forget Microsoft isn't the only one who has released defective consoles.

Atari: Remember the Atari 5200's controler, that broke after an hour of game play: No Lawsuit.

Nintendo: The NES/Famicom was released in the US with defective parts. People have actually gotten hurt using the Wii-Mote: No lawsuit

Sony: The PS2 had techincal problems as well, as does the new PSP model, and let's not forget that update that caused some PS3s to meltdown: Once again no lawsuit

Sega: The 32X had plenty of mechanical problems, and some were even incompadible with certain TVs and Genesis models, or could actually damage Genesis Cartridges: Once again No Lawsuit

Okay, why would I spend 400-500 dollars on a PS3 just to play Blu-Ray when I can buy a Blu-Ray Player for 299 dollars at Wal-Mart?

1. It's cheap (and with the Meltdown/Recesson at it's peak price is going to be a very big deal going into the holidays)

2. It has a very large game library that is balanced between hardcore and casual

3. Xbox LIVE

4. The PS3 has lost many of it's big exculsives like Final Fantasy XIII, Devil May Cry, Grand Theft Auto IV, and most recentally Tekken VI

5. The 360's JRPG Library has caught up with Sony's
