I never understood the "Its too grey!!" arguement myself. Personally both Gears and KIllzone (which both have a very similar art style) just wouldn't have the same "epic" feel to them. I think that this applies even more so to Killzone, where it plays into the actual gameplay (seeing red is a key element.)
SC4 isn't out yet, so I really can't recommend it to you. If you're looking for a fighter, try DOA4 if you have a 360, or VF5 if you have a PS3.Lionheart08
I do have VF5, don't own a 360. Thanks for the consideration though. ;)
Hey y'all. I'm looking foreward to a few fighters this year (SF4 T6) but recently i've noticed alot of people talking about SC4. Can anyone tell me if the games are any good. I haven't played any of them and quite frankly i am new to the genre, but i have a hankerin' for a good fighter. :P
Havin' seen them both in action (don't own a 360 and can't find MGS4 anywhere) i have to say that Gears doesn't offer nearly as impressive graphics. Not to say that Gears looks bad or anything, but there are very few games out there that can even come close to the level of detail in both character models and animations in MGS4. Still i think that Gears is a fun little romp, but Xbox owners need to let go of Gears and look towards future games...........say.............Alan Wake!!! ;)
Fairly good post, but the 360 should have won in the "Social Gaming" section and PS3 should have been 2nd in BC, the 40gb isn't the most popuar but it was the only one that was available for awile.
