Any game that ends up in a class action has issues...

Average enjoyment hasn't seemed to obviously increase, so I don't think games are better than before. Games these days try to do too much, and developers are nervous about people thinking their games are too simple.

DA:I expanded on it's predecessor far more than F4 did, for this I think it moved the series further in a more interesting way.

It's the Hollywood-ization of video games: big budgets, narrow-vision, familiar tropes, big marketing etc. Homogenization.

Refreshing to see that the top games don't over-emphasize "story".

They're far too new on the scene to be called the best in history - perhaps the best in the last 20 years...

It's too political and competitive to ever be accepted by everyone. Also, it's not an accolade that seems to be that well respected.

You would expect shareholders to be selling faster than they are if confidence was low. People who have a direct interest in Nintendo are the ones to look at, not casual commentators.

They won't delay it in a world where you can watch a play-through 24 hours after release.

Star Citizen is a reverse-flop: it made excellent sales and produced no release.
