System lockdown!

Oh yes!

Ladies and gentlemen! I just ordered my new PC and it should arrive in about two weeks. Oh right, oh yes. Here are the components:

Case: Antec P180 Silver

PSU: Seasonic 600W SS-600HT

Motherboard: Asus P5N-E SLI

Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo E6600

GFX -card: MSI 8800 GTS 640mb Overclock edition

Memory: 4x 1Gb OCZ Gold 800MHZ DDR2

HDD: Seagate 320GB SATA

DVD-RW some bulk LG

Sound card: Sound Blaster X-Fi XtremeMusic (I need this for composition stuff)

And no, this was not paid by "rich parents, since I don't have such. I paid every single part of this PC by myself, from my savings of the last year.

I guess this serves a good punch for a good time. I'm eager to run a few tests just to see how powerful this is.

Excellent.

Status report.

Howdy!

Summer's coming, eh? That means working through the summer for me. Well, at least I get the money. I will also hae to do some schoolwork but that's not much, so I'm not bothered by it.

Nevertheless, I have a few other things on at the moment. I'm getting a new PC as well as a new TV. I'm just waiting for the prices to drop a bit more before striking my orders.

I'll try to pop out in the forums once in a while, just to inform I'm alive.

That's about it.

Strike!

How lame.

Bah.

Really, my life among school and other things has lately been quite like, a rollercoaster. Too much stuff here and there and I would just like to lay down and do nothing. On the top of this, I'm having a flu as well, which has lasted for one and a half weeks already. It consumes my inspiration.

I don't feel up to anything. Because of schoolwork, the flu and because of those two, even some slight sleeping problems, I'm feeling a bit exhausted. That may explain a bit why I haven't been here in GS that much like I used to. But I really cannot help it. Sorry.

I'll try to boost my activity more when I get my school year wrapped up.

I haven't even played much lately, although today the post office brought me a new game after a really long time. That game is Titan Quest. I got it for cheap, and my friend recommended it, so why not? :) The game's quite okay for a Diablo 2 -stylish game, although it feels more like a tribute to Diablo 2 than its own game, but it's still enjoyable.

I think I'm trying to get some sleep. I'll surely need it.

Light, grant me strength.

Back in action!

Righto!

Oh yes, the last exam has been done. I got fairly good results, at least I think I got, and I will now the results after this one-week -holiday we're having. Oh yes, I have a winter-holiday now. 10 days of freedom!

Anyways, I'm going to travel to my hometown to visit my parents and my girlfriend. It should be refreshing.

Okay, I have nothing else to share now. I'm gonna pack my bags, wash my laundry and wash my dishes before my depart tomorrow.

Yay!

Sorry, I forgot to mention!

I'm truly sorry people.

I'm having a big rush at school and I just forgot GS about in all. Sorry not to inform you. I'm having a pile of exams and some other course related stuff so I'm a bit out of external activities right now.

This is post will remain this short.

Okay, back to maths.

Righto.

Anniversary!

I just noticed by accident that...

I have been a member of GameSpot for one year now! Oh yeah, that's brilliant. :)

I visited a few local pubs yesterday with a schoolmate of mine. I had some good time, and I didn't even drink too much so I'm not having a hangover either.

But I'm having a rush, gotta make myself a jolly dinner and then go visit a friend of mine.

Okey. Cya!

Stand fast!

Small project

I had to dig my dusty pen from the drawers.

This means that me and my good friend started a nice little project. He and I got keen on pixel art, which led us to dream of making a pixel art game, once again. I've started making some tunes for the game, and my mate is doing the graphics.

I hope that this time this project gets some wings and such, so we could open a website and see how people react. Oh dear, right after school I'm going to continue with those tunes.

Also, the new Sam 'n Max -episode has been released, so I will also have to play that through right after school. Then I might play some Silkroad Online for the rest of the evening and that's a wrap.

Sounds like a plan.

Responsibility to power ten.

What in Earth?

Okie, I'll try explaining the topic.

I was on my way travelling to my hometown, when I got phone call without a specific number. I answered politely, and it appeared that the caller was my programme leader, and he had some really odd stuff to ask me to do.

Okay, I'm going to be responsible for one of his lectures next week. So I will have to take the attendances and collect information who did their presentations in time. Right. I'm becoming a secondary lecturer here, eh?

So, this may sound cool for some, and it even doesn't bother me that much. I'm quite amazed that such trust is placed upon me, even though I'm a student of a first year in the school. Right.

Also, I would like to know everyone who is playing Silkroad Online as well. We could arrange some playing session together in that case, which would be fun! If you're planning on starting some massive online game, give Silkroad Online a shot since it's free!

Responsibility. You gotta love it.

Off to meal!

Roads full of silk.

I really seem to love hinting topics...

Anyways, that topic -thingamajig is supposed to refer to this free MMORPG -game called Silkroad Online. No one directly referred the game for me, but I happened to bump into the name of that game in the "Now playing" -list of gertthegamer, so I guess I should thank him if anyone. So thanks mate!

Anyway, I really have not the slightest urge to pay any monthly fees for a company just in order to play the game. (I tend to have quite irregular playing periods for games, so I would get quite a small bang for my buck), so Silkroad Online fits me well. It's pretty okay, although it's overcrowded servers are a nuisance at times. (Lag, anyone?)

Still, I'm going to give the game a bigger shot and see what it has to offer. Naturally the game is not that large when it comes to item and skill trees, but the game is still 90% free. The remaining 10% is for the fact that you can buy extra stuff in the game if you want, but you don't have to.

Anyway, if anyone's interested in the game, throw yourself to this site:

May your blade always strike true...and first.

First squad, in position!

Line up!

Oh right, Company of Heroes arrived. I'm gonna give it a shot today, although I need to study some English as well since I'm having a mehhy exam tomorrow of it. Meh.

Company of Heroes for PC

It has been quite cold today. -24 Celsius (about -11 Fahrenheit) this morning, and I decided to take the bus to school, although it costs. Tomorrow they have predicted it to be -28 Celsius, so jolly luck for me! The day after tomorrow should be warmer then, about -7 at maximum.

I should make some tortillas today. It's about time since the last time I had them. Yummy.

Other than this, I have little to say.

The enemy is advancing to our position!
