@kouse_arima: I don't own a Vita but it makes sense, broaden the appeal of an already popular game. Also, why not go for the switch? That console should be able to handle FF12 lol But in all seriousness, again, broadening its appeal.
Finally, a good, solid review without none of the modern nonsense!
As for FF12, it's my all time fav FF game with my all time fave FF battle system. In terms of JRPGs, the battle system is behind only Vagrant's Story. My only issue with buying this is that I still own a PS2 and the original and none of the changes sound all that game changing. If they had brought in better graphics, ala Crash then it would have become a must buy. For now, I shall hold off.
@computernoises: clearly not as the article states otherwise but if you are able to, you can infer my complete dislike for the fact that any company would even dare use an extra setting for their dlc content. That should be part of the game regardless what is or is not part of the dlc.
I would understand the score if the reasons given weren't so weird...it's too difficult by modern platform standards so thats a negative? Lol come on now.
I hope this works out well and I'll buy it at some stage but someone really needs to develop a new one!
I think it was the PS3 version I played and quite enjoyed it. Really pretty art style and a methodical, strategic battle system. The art style seems to be intact but if you're going to go down the route of "action" you have to get it spot on...sadly, from what I'm reading, they haven't.
@preacher001: Yeah look, it'd be a great service to a loyal fanbase of millions (a Playstation has been my favoured gaming platform for 20 years now, even though I've owned XB/360/GC/N64 in the past).
@kinghvs: That's your opinion, which i think is wrong. The sp was awesome and I sunk countless hours into it. The mp, once fixed, was very good...for a while, before shark cards and monetisation of literally everything. Now it's just a scam...which people are buying so good on rockstar.
