@analgrin: Weird thing is, some people claim EA stopped making fight night games because the UFC games sell more, but they don't. FN4 (my fav sports game ever) sold almost 3 million units, Champions sold almost 2 million. UFC 1 and 2 have shipped about 1.5 each.
So why do EA keep churning out UFC games without a new FN anywhere?
Looks absolutely beautiful but I'm worried the controls have not been properly updated. They were an issue but something that was an issue for many third person games back then. They could have and should have modernised the control scheme.
Anyway, that aside, I'll probably end up buying it.
Now, can we have Blue Point do a remake for MGS3? Updated graphics and updated controls please!
@muzza93: I have played against opponents with that armour and the shield at the back deflects bullets, they even have particle effects for it. It has been a week tho so maybe something has changed.
I liked the scenario one of the writers put up "if stuck on a desert island...". IF that was the case, I honestly have one answer: the PS2. No need for online and drm and dlc and micro transactions etc etc bla bla bla. I can put in discs for MGS 2, 3, Resi 3, 4, Tekken, GTA VC and SA, FF XII and countless other games that would appear on any all time list. It really is the most complete console ever made and the last of its kind.
@muzza93: I have seen people spawn with that medieval armour ,which I first thought was purely cosmetic but it protects against bullets from behind. That definitely happens.
I may be wrong about the resources and am probably slow at collecting resources, although it amazes me how quickly people get so much.
I really like the game, it's a good lil way to spend a couple hours. I'm glad there are a few new areas but I quite enjoy the trees and bushes, great to hide in and ambush unsuspecting rivals. My only issue is that some players start off with armour and lresources, how is that possible?
