[QUOTE="elbert_b_23"]its insane on how many people dislike fighting games even more so for classic 2d fighters they been around for over 25 years i can't wait for tvc i went for it over no more heroes 2 and i am a huge suda 51 fan, and i will get monster hunter 3SepewrathYeah its amazing how the fighting genre has fallen from grace over the years. I blame Capcom and thier decade long break from SF :P. The new fad is FPS and Fighting games just don't offer what FPS do so people have no love for it. The funniest thing I hear is people who say they love FPS because of competition, but don't like fighters. There is no genre more competitive than fighters, the problem is its too competitive for alot of people, there are no levels and perks in fighters to replace skills. Actually the genre hasn't fallen from grace, the problem is that arcade fighting games are better using arcade controllers, those are expensive plus fighting games are very popular in japan were anyone can go out to an arcade center and play any of the latest fighting games without needing a console. Tatsuonoko vs Capcom a Street Figter IV and Tekken 6 are very good examples, wile we will have the oportunity to play Tasunoko vs Capcom this year, Japan already have game in arcades even for Wii. The game's been available over there for like a year or more, they same case with SFIV and Tekken6.

Yoshi Island? Are you Nuts? I guess you haven't played it but game is so difficult that it can make anyone frustrated, don't let the box art apereance fool you.[QUOTE="soulreaper-4"][QUOTE="theholyrevenger"]
Games for a 4 years old kid should be simple, easy to play, fun,and not involve so much on reading stuff. So i recommend some games here:
Nintendogs: a great game, quite simple ,you will raise and care your cute dogs
Mario Kart DS: racing game
New Super Mario Bros:
Kirby: Squeak squad and Canvas Curse: similar to New super Mario bros but easier
Wario ware Touch
Yoshi island:
Giga-Goomba
I must agree that yoshis island is difficult but kids would love it because it has such vibrant colours and its quite a cheerful game! I had yoshis island for my original GBA and it was one of my earlier games.
Yeah but Yoshi's island for GBA was very easy wile the DS one is so difficult a kid won't be able to play it even if he like colors. The only think he will get is frustration from it.Games for a 4 years old kid should be simple, easy to play, fun,and not involve so much on reading stuff. So i recommend some games here:

For his DS he has a few games but mostly plays both mine and his mothers.
His would be:
Drawn to Life:TNC
Bakugan
Mario Kart
New Super Mario Brothers
There are many Dora/Diego type games on the system but he has those on PC, PS2, Gamecube or Wii
Hope that helps somewhat. I'd also mention that he was crazy about Bomberman for a long long time and played it both on Gamecube and GBA.
/edit after reading some of the other posts above I concur as my son also plays Lego Batman and Lego Star Wars on his DS.
Last i'll leave you with NERF ARMOR...... My son is pretty good with his devices but I have seen him hand it to a friend only to have it on the ground a few minutes later.
/edit 2 forgot that he also has Super Hero Squad and Mario Party on his DS
A boy of that age may have Zelda a Link to the Past and a Castle Vania game but i'm 100% sure that he haven't cleared any of them doesn't even know how to play them.Wow do you really think a four year's old will know how to play Pokemon games? They won't even know how to level up and manage all those stats.I would suggest pokemon and mario related games. I started Gold when I was 5 (my cuz gave it to mecoz he didnt want it) also he might like animal crossing wild world
Giga-Goomba
I'm looking forward to both of them. Most Wii owners seems to like party games and platformers more than great fighting, RPG's and Action aventure games, I am glad i bought a PS3 and didn't stayed only with a Wii. Now i can get or play Mario, Zelda and other Nintendo franchises wile a the same time i'm having a blast with games like Metal Gear Solid 4, Valkyria Chronicles,Ninja Gaiden, Uncharted 2, ResidentEvil sequels,Final Fantasy XIII,Street Fighter IV, Soul Calibur IV, Marvel vs Capcom 2, BlazBlue, Modern Warfare 2 and much more. Anyone should get whathever they want but it's because of most Wii owners that many companys aren't supporting the Wii like it should be.
I still remember Nintendo promising a lot of support and good game for the Wii before lunching it and here we are with the fatest selling Console that have the least support from developers and the biggest library of games that sucks. We even had to waited one year for Mario Galaxy and Smash Bros. Brawl, Mario Kart was a letdown and the only somewhat good thing las year was Punch Out and New Super Mario Bros. Wii that was actually great, the rest was all crap with some eceptions.
No I'm sick of anime, the amount of anime I see on the internet I adblock with firefox.I don't want Wii to have whiny wapanese over wii speak trying to shout KAWAII at the top of there voices.Capcoms only good game for Wii was Megaman 9,RE4,Zack and Wiki(possibly).ToxicamoSo you are sick of Anime? What's Anime for you? Do you know that Anime means animation in japanese? Megaman, Zack and Wiki both features Anime characters.
Yeah it runs cooler but have a bigger power supply toward the back plus hot air passes through it; so yes itbecamoswarm hot toward the back wile using it.No of course not, they're designed to run cooler than the orignals, just because it's smaller doesn't mean it's going to get extremely hot..the only part of the console that's warm is the back due to the power supply.

Is it not the best PS3 game available right now? I'm absolutely in love with it. I'm playing through again but for some reason, I can't beat Maximillian's fricken tank. I got it down to 1/2 health but my engineer died and by the time i got a new one on the map and across to my tank it was over... : /
Anyway, incredible game.
More people should apreciate new franchises like this or we gamers will continue with the sames games only with new graphics each time a new console arrive.
