Heatsinks and fans are basically used to direct heat away from vital computer components. They keep the cpu, cpu etc, nice and cool so they can function at an optimal level.

I believe liquid cooling is used mostly with overclocking. If you're running at stock speeds, it probably just used a fan and heatsink.

It looks like it comes with a 300W PSU, you'll probably have to upgrade that before you buy a new graphics card.

Integrated graphics aren't really cards. They are chips that are integrated into the motherboard of the computer while a dedicated video card are cards that go into PCIE slots in the motherboard.

From what I gather, its presentation software. You can invite various people, and they can all share images, messages etc with each other. This was made to prevent long chains of e-mails between people, and allows them to all convene at one spot instead of communicating via email, or phone.
