@olddadgamer: Can you please point to where the so called misbehaving was here? Dancing=bad? Was the event held with safety in mind? Seems like it. What other corporate responsibility are you talking about? The ones you are making up?
@notmyrealaccoun: Most (most, not all) people here are expressing their opinions on the subject matter of the article. Your post is about going after the people in the comment section. Whose actions are wrong here? Perhaps you should join in with a rational rebuttal instead.
@cboye18: Why does it need to have anything to do with gaming? It was an after party. What does dancing and drinking have to do with the Oscars? Or Superbowl? Or Friday night? It was an after party to blow off some steam and maybe celebrate the success of the event or something else, who knows.
@Oogazi: No dancing allowed at parties? Can't hire entertainment? Someone better tell all the dancers, singers, comedians, clowns, magicians etc. that there work is no longer appropriate for a party.
@olddadgamer: But that's not the subject of this article. Someone was "offended". Also, many investors would happily support a company that is about fun as well as profit and work. Many of the biggest corporations spend millions on their employees happiness. It's considered an investment in future productivity. But maybe I missed the massive sell off of MS stock then, right?
@derekscorp: No it doesn't, only people like you think that. I see powerful, talented women expressing themselves through dance and earning a living to put food on their tables through THEIR CHOICE of career. And hey, they look to be having fun while they do it. Something many of us can only dream of with our jobs.
