@off3nc3: Changing the input device doesnt affect how competitive a game is. As long as everyone is on equal footing, then you have competition.

@xumasso: And very soon there will be a workaround that let's your console think your mouse & keyboard as a controller. It will be abused so bad by people looking to cheat. I personally dont understand cheating in games meant for entertainment, but there are a lot of people out there that do it.

Just make them new characters. What's the point of using Starsky and Hutch that no one for the last 2 generations cares about? Is this show aimed at the 50+ crowd?

Upselling and add-on sales is retail 101. Everyone does it. Have some self restraint and dont fall in to the trap. It's pretty easy to avoid.

But it is dishonest to call in convenient. It is simply basic marketing spin.

The people that were going to pirate this game will still pirate it, and those that intended to buy it, will still buy it. DRM doesnt do anything for piracy, but it does affect your paying customers.

I wouldve liked to have seen a sequel to the Russell Crowe movie. It was already an origin story and was almost pre-Robin Hood. Not a perfect movie, but it set up an interesting world with lots of potential.
