If your set is 1080p then it will display 1080p, and will upscale 720 or 1080i to 1080p. If your set is not 1080p it will still accept a 1080p signal but will then scale it to the set's native resolution. The glitches you speak of have to do with the set's scaling ability. All tvs' can accept a 1080p signal, but whether you will actually see 1080p on your screen depends on the set itself. Your set I think is a 720p native resolution, so it accepts 1080p and scales it to 720p. That being said, a 1080p signal scaled down to 720 will always look better than 480p scaled up to 720. Hope this helps. Stroppy.

I decided that for my first playthrough of Oblivion ESIV, I would be a barbarian, because if all else fails, just smash your way through:D. My next go round will definitely be as an assassin though.

I agree with most on this. The game does have its moments...but you are more aprehensive than scared I think. Just gets the adrenaline pumping. The sound is fantastically eerie though, and makes for a great experience. I would give it a 6/10.

Do you have Bioshock, Dead Space? If not, I would certainly recomend those. In my opinion a must have for your library. Battlefield BC is also a good one.

We need Elder Scrolls V ASAP. A sequel to Dead Space would be nice too...;)

We can still keep the thread going though! There are a lot of valuable opinions here. Especially when it comes to good games on the cheap!!:)

I saw this thread on another forum, and got some info. I thought I would post the same thing here. Anyone have any good games that were overlooked, given a so so review, but after playing it, some people thought it got a bum rap? I am going off to EB games today to scour the used game section. Any suggestions?
