Isn't New Mombasa from going after Mercy?

I think it definitely is. Just like there is a game or two every year that is actually pretty good but gets ripped apart by game journalist nonetheless. Yes, we all know it's a pretty short game (took me 5 and a half hrs on hard), but that 5 hrs was amazingly entertaining but most importantly fun.

Ok, it has glitches, but what games doesn't? The thing is though, this time most reviewers got stuck on one glitch and just kept going on and on and on and on abuot it whilst the 'review score was spinning down rapidly'. Now that we're talking about scores, I actually think that GS's 7.5 was a good score, but such as GameTrailers's 6.9 and 1UP's 50/100 were downright ridiculous. They're basically saying that the game is rubbish and on pair with such japanese crap like the Dynasty Warriors series. Oh, yes because it was repetative... When I heard that comment I was like: I'm sorry, what??? So if TFU is repetatve than what is DMC 4 or NG II? TFU has a great collection of combos, you can boost your stats by killing enemies in a stylistic way. HOW THE HELL IS IT REPETATIVE??? I'm sorry but this game is not anymore repetative than any other action game!!! They both had higher scores for funnily stupid reason.

Also, I feel that most reviewers pulled the technical quality of the game down just because they thought: 'Oh, what the hell, I might as well'. I have to say that TFU has AMAZING graphics. Raxus Prime made my jaw drop and that hasn't happened since I stepped out of the sewers in Oblivion and saw the scenery and that was back in 2006, 2 whole years ago. Also, the physics are amazing as well but I should not even have to mention that, and I am not going to. Last thing I'll mention is the story which is QUALITY. It is better than the last three SW films put together.

At the end of the day, fortunately people bought this game nonetheless and they are still buying it, I mean 1.5 million in first week, that's more like holiday blockbuster titles.

This is a GREAT GAME BUY IT!!!

Ok, I'm not saying it's definitely Truth's ship, but it very much looks like it. So when you start the video look on the right hand side of the screen and you will see a ship coming into the picture in the background, then the vid will cut to one of those droppy things in space and will cut back again and now you will see the ship floating still to the left but now behind a building. It also has a purply shade which made me think it was Truth's ship.

The third time the camera will cut to this picture the ship wont be there anymore you will only see the shockwave coming towards the camera. The ship also looks like it's about to jump as it is moving quite slow but at the same time actually really fast, considering the size of things.

This could mean that the expansion is DEFINITELY set in New Mombasa after Truth escapes and Master Chief and Keyes go after him.

Make sure you check the video before you comment if you haven't noticed this before.

To prove my point even further I am going to use Resistance 2. Now let's forget the platforms for a moment and only think about the games. I remember when the first Resistance came out it had great graphics but it was all grey and brown. So as I was looking at Gears 2 I thought I would compare it with Resistance 2, because they will be competing with each other when they release. I have to say Insomniac managed to work on the graphics and make the game look a lot better than the first one, just in general it looks better. Also, they gave it some fresh colours (now I am not going to list them) but the whole look of the game is a lot better. I have to say so far it looks like Gears 2 has more brown and Resistance 2 has generally better graphics.

So this is my arguement, it would be good to hear what you think. Hopefully I'm all wrong and Gears 2 will look amazing.

Oh my God, I'm sorry i ridiculed myself by daring to state my opinion. Oh, yes I failed the game comparison course at college so that's probably the reason why I am 'completely out on touch' comparing games.

There is a slight upgrade to the graphics but why does it matter, as long as the game is fun to play.bigboss00

Fair enough, however, Killzone 2 was not mentioned in my conversation.

I did but the thing is in my opinion it doesn't look much more detailed than the first, without being arrogant. But maybe it will look better on actual TV when I see it in person.
