Some of the imagery reminds me of the old French animated movie "Fantastic Planet".

This article begins by acknowledging that graphics are not the primary draw for this game at all, then compares them anyway. I don't care what the differences are; all versions are good because they are all the same game. This is pointless, and I doubt anyone is actually going to worry over which version looks "best" before buying. I don't have the consoles, so I bought the PC version, and I'm more than happy with that.
