You could create a whole law firm to fight MS and youd get no-where, the only way to avoid being ripped off by MS is not to buy MS products, something most should have learned by now.
Im going to say it now in clear terms, youll want as much HD space as you can get your hands on. Never cheap out, go for the most HD space they sell or plan ahead to get a 3rd party drive and install it yourself. Even 80gigs is going to fill up fast.
First of all Rockstar confirmed the PS3 dev was 2 weeks behind, 2 weeks.... thats not exactly what id call "a problem". Second the rumours of the future GTAs going PS3 only are growing stronger, especially now that a 4disk 360 game has been announced just 2 years in. The chances are pretty high at the moment, but that doesnt mean there couldnt be a spinoff title for the 360 (and wii) which I think would be a good option for them.

If you are affraid itll break etc, then wait a bit longer to see if the later units get fixed, as of right now the problems are across all units.
Given Warhawks been in amazons top game list since it was released kinda points to it being overrun, and constantly spamming the ranked servers time and time again isnt going to help. Play on other servers, host your own, set your machine up as a dedicated while you're asleep. If you want the issues to stop, then do something about it yourself. Dont just **** about it on the forums.
Like most threads on here, I get a quick laugh out of them, especially this one. So many drama queen gamers complain about everything. If they released Home in Oct/Nov, those same gamers would have complain on how Home would suck or that they rushed to get it out. Now that they delayed Home until 2008, some games want to sell their PS3 system? Are you all that dramatic/serious?

Could be worse, it could be on GT where they're not only drama queens but they dont pay attention either.
You get free stuff with each Home supporting game you buy. You can also get items and trohpies from playing Homes built in games and visiting the various Home areas including those 3rd party areas.
I don't even want to use home let alone waste money on it. It seems to be the most difficult solution for a simple problem of playing a game with friends.nosedive51
