no, its not the same type of copy protection that the makers of blu ray are proposing. blu ray not only wants you to buy only their product, THEY ALSO WANT TO CONTROL HOW YOU USE IT. In my case thats limiting me from doing perfectly legal things.rorywillisBoth HDDVD and BD use the same base protection (which has been cracked), BD adds an optional extra layer (which has also been cracked). As for the HDMI thing, forcing customers to use quality HD cables to get the picture isnt a bad thing, its a good thing, and HDCP has also been cracked. None of its standing in the way.

You do know the Hi-Def moves are like 5 gigs at the most, right? The rest of the "gigs" being used on the HD-DVD or bluray is all content that no one even cares about.xsubtownerxYeah, thats why DVDs look just like BluRay.
I hope both Hi def formats just go away and there end up being lots of sites where we can just download our Hi Def movies. It would be cheaper too because we don't have to pay for packaging or the disc. arfy2In most countries you cant even download 50gigs a month let alone whenever you feel like it. Its simply not viable, which is why the disk formats exist.
Depends what it needs to play.My main question is how do I get to play Runescape on the PS3. If you want to say that it's a pathetic or worthless game, then please dont post. My second question is how do I install it? I've seen some guides but they are all very confusing... Thank you for your time.
