Lair is fine, while the game isnt a tripple A steller, its not a bad game. Most of the bad reviews came down to morons who didnt know how to use the sixaxis and people who thought the dragon shouldnt have its own AI, which of course it needs to work. The games fine, go watch the videos of it on youtube.
The MS CS person told me they re up your warrenty for every new or refurbished console you get. So if yours tanks 8 months down the road and you get another console, you're good for another 3 years *supposedly*strayzilla

As it's common knowledge by now, the fall update made m rated FREE downloads inaccessible to anyone under 18. But if you have Microsoft points and want to download something M rated that costs money that's completely fine. They're bending over backwards for the lawyers and parents groups that hate videogames but making sure they can get our money. There's not even an option to download free M rated content. I'm 17 now but I have a child account and I can't download anything rated 17+? WTF!?!?!?!?madcapper248

Plasmas sucked for gaming like 5 years ago when they had lag and burn in issues, thats not the case anymore tho you'll still find people spouting the same crap. They're now equal or better to LCDs because of their superior colour. However, they do use a massive amount of energy vs LCDs which is why there is moves to ban their sale.
Dont use kbps as a measure, its a meaningless term modem makers back in the 80s and 90s used to make their products sound faster. Just use KiB and MiB like everyone else.
ATRAC is Sonys custom compression format, nothing uses it anymore so no need to turn it on. And yes it is a reference to 8track which Sony had a hand in.
