Are you guys sure? I thought this was a mainstream show like Lost, not one of those cancelly shows.

Don't they have just one more year to go until community college? They could just round it off with 4 seasons which is what I was initially hoping. Man the more I think about it the more I wonder if this is true or just typical Internet scares from being on the Internet too long.

I don't know what people think of the Blade series right now, though the common consensus used to be that the first 2 were alright, while the 3rd one sucked. But the favorite always seems to be Blade 2.

Also, would you want to see another Blade movie or do you feel that ship has sailed?

I don't think I've been able to find it. The entire layout of Chrome has proven to be a bit awful somewhat. Sites say that there's the option for it at the bottom right of the page but I can't say I've been able to locate such a thing. Anyone adept at using Chrome and familiar with its interface?

Then again, I don't think games should be played in a manner that they are seen as a "product" that needs to be "consumed." They need to be played, and played again until every aspect about them is exhausted. Its how I used to play games... I came to appreciate the few I got to play, rather than being able to say "I played all of them."foxhound_fox

Yes that's sort of what I was getting at. I remember a time in my life when I was sitting in my bed late at night being bored out of my wits because the only game I had was ****ing Pokemon Emerald, and I was long since tired of the series at that point. I kept restarting the game just to see if maybe I could get a starter that was a shiny, just to shake things up. And now... I look at my humongous collection of games and I think wow, I'm so lucky to have so many games to play. And I'm glad my collection is so diverse in genre and entertainment, as well as enjoyment.

But that's just me, since I mostly just play handheld games and have a lot of them. A lot.

Don't be shy, it can be anything from a Hollywood action flick to a Hollywood... something else? I'm not familiar with movie genres. Excuse me while I google it...

I've got a bit of an ADD friend that just plays a little bit of every game and then gets bored with it. I could never do that. I focus and take my sweet time with one game per system, to really immerse myself in the world and get an appreciation for the gameplay, mechanics, atmosphere, etc etc.

It doesn't help reduce my backlog quickly but I really only play games from last gen or handheld games so I'm not too bothered about that. I don't really see myself playing video games much a few years from now. If at all. So what I have now is definitely enough.

The moments you mentioned are pretty powerful stuff, but none I'd choose for my most emotional moment in the series (the Final Fantasy series consists of eleven numbered entries, FF 1-10 and 12, along with side games like Final Fantasy Tactics).

It's been many a year since I've last played the Final Fantasy games so I can't recall what I would consider the most emotional moment though. FF 5 has one scene, FF 6 has plenty, FF 8 has a particular scene, FF 10 has some as well... I've always thought to replay the series but have such an immense backlog as is without adding replaying games to the list.

I daresay Final Fantasy Tactics Advance on the gba is the go-to beginner strategy rpg for people to play. If you're willing and interested to get into the genre, then definitely start there.
