@Norborb: Exactly. Publishers can pull this crap off coz people buy it, not to mention sites like Gamespot hype the next iteration like it is best thing ever. You only have to look at CoD Elite subscriptions to understand WHY publishers do this.
Best way to get back at those gamers: Release a game without gameplay, only story. Oh wait, no one will buy it. Why would I spend $60 on a poorly made CGI movie [that is what a game without gameplay is] when I can watch a much better product for only $8?
Enslaved is not underrated. The combat/controls were not up to the par with excellent production qualities of other aspects of the game. That is what killed it.
From just business perspective, reasons given for MS make most sense. Hardware isn't MS's strength and lets face it, hardware failures [RROD] were the only major failure MS had this gen.
@valdarez: Going by actual history of this [and many other], how religious you have to be to put Lord in this song? Who knows, maybe there was a time when song did have Lord before it was taken out and then put back in, maybe if you go really back in time. The point being, these things change and morph all the time. Here's a shocker, Jesus wasn't born on 25th December and 300 years ago there was no Santa Claus.
@Didn't they use it in Assassins Creed Too? It is a rather good for a melee combat, but in shooter it won't make much difference, unless it took more than a few shots to deplete one cell.
