@JumpyLuweegee Not if Sony doesn't allow publisher DRM as it will make EA go XBO exclusively. All said and done, EA *does* have enough popular IPs to sell a console all by themselves.
You know why MS response to everything is "later"? Because they have those draconian measures in place and based on negative feedback haven't figured out yet on how to sugarcoat them.
@stanknuggetz12 Wow! You must be really insecure person if you need others to do what you do to feel comfortable with what you do. I am sure MS will come out with a Shrink App so that you can just lie on couch while XBO works as your therapist.
@stanknuggetz12 Whoa! I'd heard rumors of XBO fanboys but didn't believe them till now.
You can't turn Kinect off. Find me a source that says you can.
15 exclusives - Funny they claim 15 exclusives but chose to focus on the multiplat that is on every platform.
Sony Patent - I take it you don't have a job where patents are filed on a regular basis. Not every patent filed results in a product/feature. Most times they are filed just to make sure no competitor can use/monopolize that tech.
Yep, Sony might be as restrictive as XBO but they're doing a much better job of not putting their foot in their mouth.
@MajinSquall Well, folks don't like cancer doesn't mean they don't get cancer. As you said, what matters is they realize that long dev times are a problem, so should take steps to fix them.
@wyan_ It is like saying [hyperbolically, of course] why are people complaining about racial seggregation in a restaurant as if it is first time it has happened. Sony stopped region locking from PSP onwards. Only digital games are kind of region locked [DLC locked to region where download it from] but as long as you had right disc, you could play it on a PS3 of any country. I play games from 3 different regions on my PS3 from a 4th region.
