@PS2fweak: IMO it is safe to say that we are all guilty of doing something we don't want to do, or not doing something we want to do, simply to avoid the reaction of someone we have to "answer to." Any married guy, for instance. Sometimes, it just isn't with it.
@PS2fweak: Back in college, my buddies and I were walking out the door to go see "There's Something About Mary." Just then, the neighbor girl stopped by and began to tell us she already saw it and it was a bad movie.
My friend was driving, and he was too polite back then...on top of that he sort of liked the girl somewhat. He started to listen to her opinion and I was like "WTF are you doing?!? We have to go NOW!" LOL. I wanted to kick http://www.maxim.com/entertainment/sports/article/miss-universe-tebow-sex-2015-11her out of the apartment and strangle him.
She said, "I guess it's OK, if you like raunchy stuff..." That clinched it, and I put my foot down. We ended up going to the movie, and history has proven that it was hilarious. I never let my friend live that down (along with several other of his questionable decisions). I got him back by taking every opportunity to mention how much the neighbor girl looked like Marilyn Manson. LOL
@elmeanno: This is the third game in the spin-off series. I think I had a (totally legitimate) copy of the original. It seemed rather simplistic and I didn't spend more than a few minutes with it. Volleyball isn't my thing, anyway. There was apparently a storyline or character interaction, but I didn't get fat enough to see any of that. Once I proved that the (totally legitimate) copy worked, I put it in the stack of other (totally legitimate ;)) copies.
As for why the DOA guys are not in the game...was that an honest question? LOL
@Zerabp: Oh, I didn't mean the battle against the crazy threat mail dudes. I meant the war to stop all men from objectifying women. It is futile. All the games, movies and magazines in the world pale in comparison to what goes on in a man's head. Those things are just manifestations of ideas and a means for sharing them.
