I remembered, its called Aquanox and a new one is in the works. Maybe not the most prominet series but I very much liked it.

@MonsieurX: Because sales are the best way to measure popularity and Nintendo, Sega and Microsoft fans hate it that Sony is the marketleader with playstation.

Sony consoles sold 100m, 155m and 85m while nintendos most succesfull console was 100m and that was on the back of soccer moms and old people while their traditional consoles starting with the NES which sold 65m are in heavy decline.

30+ years of PC gaming and you include Divinity: Original Sin indie CRPG from last year and Starcraft 2: Wings of Liberty when the first one is so much better?

Anyway I would include Max Payne 1 + 2, Deus Ex, Command and Conquer series up to tiberium sun, Gothic series and the dungeon keeper series (first one is much better). (Im aware there were some console ports but you have to play them on PC)

When you use personal preferences it makes perfect sense.

And the PSP had definitly a rounded library even if not to the same extent as the DS.

That why it was so great. In the declining genre on consoles the PSP was GOAT.

From software (Souls), Capcom (DMC, RE) and Kojima productions (MGS, ZOE) are the best ones that come to mind.

Edit: Now that I read up I will include SM studios for GOW just for the spectacle even if gameplay is not the best one.
