Been running Windows 7 for about 4 months and it's great. It's faster, faster boot times, it has a smaller memory footprint and it takes less space on the HDD than Vista, it uses less system resources and uses all four of my cores when it needs to, very fast and snappy. Truly the best OS to come from MS.

Windows 7 is a great OS, definitely the best general purpose gaming OS out there.

Now if they only matched that price in the states...

That is one powerful piece of hardware, with the right driver updates I can see this thing pumping some incredible graphics at high fps.

For under $350, the Phenom 9900 is quite a good a deal.

Halo rocks, it looks better from a game that looked great. And it's only the beta, it looks better than most PS3 games anyways, so it must be next-gen right.

Actually if you look at field of view, the images were taken close-in, that close the xbox version does look like that, from far away, it's hard to notice jaggies and such discrepencies. Vista Halo 2 does look better but it is still Halo 2 and people apparently want Halo 2 to be a new game, it looks as good as it can look being Halo 2 and much better than xbox version.

The Vista version looks much better, I might get Halo 2 for PC since I already have Vista and the online should be pretty good.

Make it $300, Put out good games and I might consider it. Otherwise the PS3 is headed the way of the Gamecube, not the end of them but last in the console race.
