lol yeah thanks. i checked the X48 but no not in my price range not now at least and i dunno bout ati.... all my friends who have had ati cards say they werent good and it cant be coincidence when ive got 5 of them saying it....

It should last you at least 1-2 years. You may have to upgrade the graphics card a bit later on as games require better GPUs but I wouldnt worry about it. Push comes to shove, the only thing you'll have to upgrade is the graphics card. That's cake.

Yeah, you'll be set for a while. Which Vista are you going to buy? 32-bit or 64-bit? If you want it to last, go with 64-bit Vista. The 32-bit will only detect 3-3.3 gb of RAM. 3.5 if you're lucky. Everything is awesome man.

If you can, get G.Skill or Corsair Ram. I would highly recommend G.Skill. It's blazing fast. The fastest Ram I ever purchased and I've owned Corsair, G.Skill, OCZ, Kingston. Crucial is a good brand too.

i have a copy of 64 bit so thats what im going with lol. ill go with g skill under your rec!

when it come to monitor you should look price and stuff monitor is as well a hard part to choose.

also ive had my eyes on the Asus VW222U so i think im getting that.
