Well, with no release date for the US in sight I went ahead and imported a copy of Pikmin 2 New Play Control, and the cheapest copy I could find was a new one from Australia. As such I am unable to register the game, and thus have an unused registration code, so I guess we'll just have a little competition to see who gets it. In 5000 words or less address the following topic:

What does the following mean to you: AA6KGXQCA5QUDQGY ?

I bought 2 copies of Little King's Story from Amazon, both were defective. I sent one back to Amazon and one to the publisher, Xseed ot be replaced. Xseed sent back new copy of Little King's story and a copy of this game as well as "compensation" for my troubles. Can't beat free, and I have to say that their actions didn't hurt my customer loyalty towards them. I haven't started playing this game yet, in fact the only thing I did manage to do was spill a glass of water all over the cover art.

Microsoft using their corrupt business powers to buy out the ESRB, making all upcomeing Nintendo and Sony titles AO and banned in the US, if not by legislature than by most major retailors.

Personally I want a few more years out of my wii anyways. However when nintendo does come out with an HD system I don't really want it to be another wii. Instead I want a new system with a new evolution or even revolution of gaming. Motion controls are fun but I wat to kee moving forward with new and different ways to game at this point.

Ah man, I love WWII fighter sims, I'm a big fan of IL-2, but am always open to new sims, even more arcade style ones. As seems to be the constant drum you have gotten so far, online play would cinch the deal for me, a things that has been lacking in PC sims. Lets see, add joystick support? Yeah, I know that's practically impossible. Oh, one other thing, I joined that awful facebook site to see your fanpage, but the link on your footer thing, oh I forgot what that was called, that thing at the end of all your posts, is wrong, it takes me here:

[QUOTE="Michael-Smith"]It's based off a tv show for preschoolers. I'm pretty sure our kid's shows look pretty weird to them, too. Hell, they look weird to me. Ever seen Yo Gabba Gabba? Yeah...

aransom

Fair enough, but I've seen enough silly stuff on Japanese shows for me to not automatically think this is for little kids.

Like this?

I'm still trying to figure out what the heck is going on in that gameshow.

With so much talk about the new wii everyone thinks is comeing out I thought I'd post this, sorry if it's already been posted. Of course, they always deny rumors of new colsoles, be it true or false.

If you read the fine print before you download new firmware it clearly states that they have no responsiblity of what happens to your console. It's one reason why I just don't upgrade the firmware anymore (which is fine by me since I don't like playing online anyways). But if I did do upgrades I would know that no matter what happened, Sony has a built in defense......you basically signed it's ok if your console breaks for whatever reason after you download the firmware. It's standard practice and I'm surprised people still make a big deal about this (specially after nothing happened with MS or Nintendo)darthogre

I'm no legal expert, but just because its in there doesn't make it legally binding. For example, it is common practice for people in the vacation industry, Cruse Lines, ect.. to make you sign a waiver absolving them of "neglegence or even gross neglegance," but even signed that "contract" will never hold up in court, you can't sign away neglegance. Another thing to keep in mind to is that they practically force you to update to play new games and use all the features, so in essence you don't have the option to update or not.

the wii has a 2% fail-rate. have you honestly heard about someone having their wii bricked? thought so.

gamedude234

I was one of those lucky 2%, about a year and a half after I bought it the graphics chip started to fail, so I have been told this was a somewhat common problem for launch wiis, overheating issue. Nintendo didn't take care of me at all and took $75 to fix it, they claimed that it obviously not a manufacturing issue since it lasted "so long." The only time I ever even handled that thing was when I was putting it in my system, so it didn't fall or anything. Anyway, sorry to get off topic, I'm still fumeing over that one.

Too bad it was only a club nintendo Janpan award, but at least I got mine before all the ebay ones sold out :D

You can still get them, they're just a little pricey, for the gamer on a budget:

A SNES to gamecube port adapter, just add a SNES controller
