@redcarnivalred: i have no idea, awhile i ago i tried to watch to figure out what all the fuss is about......didn't find much redeeming value personally
i do watch some letsplays by online personalities, Jim Sterling, TotalBiscuit, Angry Joe... +others... find most of them entertaining, pewdiepie just seems to sit there look pretty, and utter "pewdiepie" every now and then... i cringe every time i hear it... your a grown man, not a teeny-bopper ...STOP IT!
because SJW's were bitching there is no fem lead around this time last year....as i recall.... and ubisoft said something to the lines of ...."it would be hard to code a woman" .....<insert fat programmer joke>
hated DLC since it was introduced... its is nickel and diming people...and a slippery slope to abuse... it seems to get worse over the years. also if you want to add content to a game, make an expansion with several new features, items, gameplays additions etc. charge people another 60$ if you have to..
but 130$+ worth of DLC... is ridiculous... that's more than twice the cost of the original game, for some skins, armors, and colors!?
people are fools to encourage such business practices
@Caldrin the moment you market a product, and its a game, called 'fallout' the similarities get closer and closer to the original patent...
if it was a board game called fortress fallout... there would be no issue
if it was a party company renting inflatable fortresses for parties called "fortress fallout"... there would be no issue
you make a video game called fortress fallout...
there should still be little issue... unfortunately for the little guy zenimax is litigious and will squable over a dropped cheetoh in the shape of a nuclear mushroom
often times its not whos' in the right or wrong... its the process of going to court that is costly and scary, even if you win 2 years down the line...you'd be crushed by legal costs, and your game would be stopped from release during that time as well.....
