Whatever recorder you're using it seems to make your game run sluggish, I'd recommend using the inbuilt source recorder, just type record in the console and it will record a demo, when you want to play the demo you can type play and it will play it there are also several programs which have plugins for .dem files.

There is no console port, it's going to be a PC port.

The game haven't even gotten a release date yet.. Expect somewhere near christmas.

I wouldn't recommend playing spy as a start, it's a class which is difficult to master.
