I dont care if everyone has aim assist that's not legit, because aim assist works weird sometimes it will kick in for a person and other times it wont it's just not legit fair playing, the player is not controller all of the movements in halo it's not playing legit. it's not a real shooter.
i dont even feel like playing halo simply because i know the game is helping me turn towards and put crosshair on enemy GOD what kind of world do we live in That's mother **** training wheels on a bike dude. How the hell is a a game helping you aim, legit? a person is supposed to play the game, the game isnt supposed to play for you, otherwise wtf is the point of a game vs a movie?

if someone's in ur view and ur crosshair is level and they are running you dont turn with freelook you strafe alongside them with the crosshair level strafing/keeping the crosshair on them. people just dont know how to use a controller for first person shooters. and you dont need goddamn aim asssist/auto aim that's a crutch for people who dont know how to use a controller for a shooter.
auto aim and aim assist makes the whole first person shooter genre pointless but people just dont know how to aim using a controller you dont do all the aiming with the freelook you use the strafing analog to strafe the crosshair on ur enemy also you aim by freelook and using strafe to get on target, if you try to do aiming all freelook you will overshoot stuff. you gotta be light pressing the analog not rough.
all of the people saying aim assist is required for console shooters just cant hit crap aiming by themself no aim assist, so they make up a excuse for their lack of skills and say controller isnt precise enough to use without aim assist. FACT I CAN HANG WITH KEYBOARD AND MOUSE PLAYERS USING A 360 CONTROLLER NO AIM ASSIST.

Perhaps you should just come to the realization that you're not very good. A game like halo is not played as competitively as it is without some form of skill being involved. It just doesn't.
As for COD4 kililng it. No. COD4 was knocked clean off the #1 spot on most played. It put up the best fight we've seen so far but that's it.
the game decides who's auto aim/aim assist kicks in first unlike when games have no aim assist/auto aim. explain how a guy could kill me in auto aim on games, but when we played 1 vs 1 deathmatch auto aim off he couldnt kill me once proves my point

LOL THIS guy named diabolus used to kill me in auto aim unreal championship 1# games, but when we played auto aim off i totally dominated him he didnt get one kill. AUTO AIM/AIM ASSIST=CRUTCH FOR CRAPPY PLAYERS
