Moral of the story i never liked halo because it's slow paced and the aim assist is a crutch. If halo had no aim assist none of these people could hang with me in 1 vs 1 deathmatch. I never seen using aim assist/auto as playing legit. the analog might not be as accurate using as mouse it's common sense ur pushing a stick with ur thumb vs using ur arm/hand on a pad . but still doesnt mean it's impossible to play without, only legit playing is without it.
This is kinda cool story, though i used to play unreal tournament 1999 online on dreamcast and diabolus dude i know on xbox live he used to play unreal tournament 1999 on dreamcast also, but i used to use the same screenname as playing ut1999 online on dreamcast on sega.com forums and that dude diabolus played me before in ut1999 on dreamcast and remembered my name when he was on the forums well when xbox live was released we both got unreal championship 1 and xbox live we became friends and we'd go around kicking everyones ass lol we'd be team deathmatching in free for all games LMFAO, people would join the server and be like are yall ganging up on me? lol they'd leave lol. he liked playing auto aim on games, but he finally wanted to play me 1 vs 1 though so i told him auto aim off and i destroyed him on curve3 and he just randomly disconnected without saying crap and didnt see him online for weeks lol finally talked to him dude u made me smash my **** xbox LOL.

One of the biggest video game myths ever, it's impossible to aim with a controller in a console shooter. That's a load of horsecrap. Ive always found auto aim as a crutch for crappy players since 007 goldeneye days on n64. you arent even legitly playing if you are using auto aim/aim assist. i almost feel like making a video showing me playing unreal tournament 3 on pc with a xbox360 controller using no auto aim, aiming/playing perfectly fine.
