I laugh when people say john carmack makes crappy games, the levels arent made by him , other people made the maps using the graphics engine he created. he might give a few suggestions on some stuff. but it's the mappers fault if idsoftware game sucks it's not john carmacks. john says he doesnt have much imagination leaves it up to other people , but i think if he really wanted he probley could design some kick ass maps. lol he created the engine i think he could make a map lol

Since e3 2005 i knew xbox360>ps3 it's pretty much fact. alittle more cpu horsepower isnt better than alittle more free memory or alittle more gpu horsepower.

I dont think grand theft auto 4 on ps3/360 had a lead platform. but nobody remembers grand theft auto used to appear first on playstation consoles? the game originally was pc, but since part 3 they were playstation fanboys and ported a few years later to xbox though. LOL and ps3 version is still inferior, rockstar has more knownledge of sony's console software than microsoft's.

lol xbox360's gpu can be used for gpu accelerated physics the edram can be used for physics and the cpu. xbox360 is just all around a better machine.

ps3/360 are closer in performance than ps2/xbox was last gen. xbox was lightyears ahead of ps2. but xbox360 is still more powerful this gen also, ps3's spec's just arent as good im sorry 6 spe's doesnt make ps3 more powerful than a console with more advanced gpu edram which can be used for all kinds of crap other than just hdr or aa, but also unified memory.

John Carmack is simple and blunt, we work with CPUs, multi-threading, and GPUs, now what the **** is an SPE. You put 7 of them, fine, i'll wipe my ass with 5 of em then use your underpowered GPU and the other two things to power my game.

Development teams for PS3 exclusives are breaking records in size and costs (but not in length or quality of product), ps3 port teams are the largest portion of multiplatform titles, and still produce inferior results.

I dont think people get it. grand theft auto 4 looks better on xbox360 because xbox360 is more powerful grand theft auto vice city for original xbox looks better than ps2 because it's more powerful lol.

Bad thing about beefing up game from last gen is that alot of last gen textures still remain and didnt get beefed up dev's always leave crap out. kameo is a pretty damn amazing game, but there a few textures they forgot to beef up or replace from original xbox version, seems still using original xbox texture lol IM LOOKin AT YOU HALO 3 ALSO GODDAMN HALO 2 BEEFED UP FOR 360
