I am looking into getting a tablet in the near future. I'm a much bigger fan of android rather than ios so I was just curious what you guys would recommend of the android tablets.

Ok, thanks for letting me know. Luckily my ps2 is still working and I think I have a copy of it for ps1. When I replay the games I wanted to start from the 1st one.
I'm sure this has been asked, but Im having trouble finding the answer anywhere, Is the first Metal Gear Solid included in any way in the HD collection? I heard somewhere that it was included on the menu for MGS3 but I can't find confirmation of that now. I did see that in Japan there is a code that comes with it to dl the game, but I can't find anything for anywhere else.
Sony are "winning" by having less good exclusives then Wii, less good multiplats then 360, and less sales then both?locopatho
That is exactly what I was thinking. Why does having a bunch of exclusives matter if they are not as good as the ones on the other systems. But to each their own, you can decide whether you want quality or quantity. I can wait for several great games rather than play through a ton of ok games. There are some sony series I enjoy..but I think uncharted and heavy rain are the only ones I would consider great.

probably will sell 40 million this gen, its a great first version of a revolutionary product, V2 will be apart of the package deal and it will deliver. DEAL WITH IT... Kinect is great.

Name one game that Kinect is used greatly? Besides Dance Central & sometimes Kinect Sports
I don't have many games, but I havn't had any issues with Kinect adventures or Gunstringer, Gunstringer is actually a really great game

Anyone who's interested in Sony and their games will stick with a PS3 since all Vita's games are on PS3. It's just a high-tech toaster with no games of its own. People see this and avoid it like typhoid Mary.

Would love to see a compelling argument on how the 3DS's current library is better with this.
I get the idea that Ucharted: GA, Wipeout 2048, Little Big Planet, Hot shot Golf and Unit 13 would play better and work much better on the PS3. The thing is, I can say the exact same thing about Kid Icarus, Mario 3D Land, Mario Kart 7, Resident Evil:R, MGS3: 3D and Mario Tennis.
I will give you MGS3 and MK 7, however the others were all designed with a handheld in mind. They aren't straight games that have been on consoles made into a portable without any changes that couldn't have been done. Kid Icarus was all designed with the 3DS contols in mind, Mario 3D Land is a mixture of 2D and 3D which hadn't been done and RE:R was designed for portable gaming (hence the checkpoints more often, the episodic format of the game, etc). I know the type of argument you were having, but the difference is that so many of the psp/psv games that are almost identical to a version on the ps3.
[QUOTE="JadeTorchwood"][QUOTE="JustPlainLucas"]As someone already said, this is nothing new. And all they're doing is making another option. You don't HAVE to get the XL if you are already happy with your current 3DS. If you didn't see this coming, though, you only have yourself to blame. What I find odd, though, is how the EU and JP models' AC adapters will be sold separately... BrunoBRSI thought that was wierd as well & a stupid move on Nintendo's part also. it's giving them more money and giving us more options. the current 3DS isn't obsolete. if it was an actual revision, like the change from DS phat to DS lite (better battery life, lighter, sleeker), then you'd be right, it's too soon for it, but an XL version is no more greedy than a clothing store offering various sizes of the same jacket.
This is exactly what I was thinking, since when was giving variety of choices to a consumer considered greedy?
Retro all the way, I know they are relatively new and don't have many games but each one has been great with pretty much no complaints
Personally I am more of a fan of Marvel, and I have really been enjoying Dan Slotts run on Spiderman (this most recent story was a little disapointing but his previous arcs have been great) and Iron Man. However, I may have to say that Batman has taken the cake for best comic recently
I'm guessing you have never in your life seen a place holder price for anything? When I reserved my 3DS the gamespot I was at had the system marked as 999.99 just because it needed a number....any number. Retailers tend to go high for safetys sake. If they marked the games as $50 and someone wanted to completely pay the game off they would pay $50. Then, if that person goes to pick the game up and it was officially announced as being $60 instead they would owe money when they thought it was paid off. How this concept is too much for you is astounding, especially when there have been multiple threads showing this already...last week
