Good odl Sony finding hidden ways to screw people over. I was happy with my ps3 until I started having some minor issues with it....that couldn't be easily fixed only because of some decisions they had made. The last straw was when mine YLOD and I found out that I couldn't just take out the harddrive because it would reformat automatically, same with if it was sent in to be worked on. No way to save you info that is just sitting on the hard drive. And now it seems they are taking a stupidly difficult route with saving information on the Vita....what are they thinking?

This is great, I am at the point now where I am trying to decide if I want to start downloading more games rather than buying at retail just to save the physical space
Jeez, I've been waiting forever, just like everyone else. Why couldn't he work on it earlier? Was it the production of Kid Icarus: Uprising because I would easily take Super Smash Bros. 4 over Kid Icarus despite it being a good game. Ahhh Idk.

I'm sure he wanted to work on a different game at some point rather than moving from one smash bros to another. Kid Icarus is a great game and I'm glad to see what else he can do after this smash bros is out
I find it crazy that they announced the game so early, now there is just going to be people dissapointed at each conference when they do not see it because it has already been announced. They should have waited until at least having a small amount of footage
It's already been confirmed multiple times that the controller has a rechargable battery similar to the 3DS and that it can be charged while playing, therefore no reason for concern
I don't know if I would say Literary Genius, but he is definitly my favorite writer. I know that he has had some duds, and also some great books with bad endings. However, the creativity and detail that are in his books seem to blow me away. The Dark Tower series stands as one of my favorite series, and then you have The Stand, Salem's Lot, Desperation/The Regulators, The Green Mile, Under the Dome, and tons of great short stories. I saw someone complaining about a part of Pet Semetary and their complaint was about one of my favorite parts of his writing. Sure, there may have been multiple pages of the characters just walking to the cemetary, but the reason it takes so long is the large amount of detail he puts in so that you can really see/visualize what the characters are going through.
I know that he hasn't been as good the past ~10 years or so, but one of my favorite of his was not too long ago. Under the Dome was a huge shock to me, the way that he showed people's true colors coming out in a small community that was cut off from the world meaning that there was no real consequences for a persons actions. Just a great look at society in an extreme situation.
I would have to say Retro just because I havn't been disapointed with anything from them yet like I have with Naughty Dog, even if it was just one game
Can you post some of the ones for Kinect, wonderbook, and move? Those are all pretty funny also
I would say kid icarus uprising out of that list, it is a decently long game and there is a ton of replay value trying to get more weapons, increasing score on levels, etc. on top of the online mode.
OoT is always a great choice, but if I don't reccomend it as your first since you have already played it before.
ALso, games not on your list that I would recommend as a first game are Mario 3D land and RE Revelations. Those are both great games that you can put a good amount of time into.
[QUOTE="vtbob88"]Removing any sort of bias out of the equation, and you're purchasing a system for one publisher. Opposed to receiving games from 10-15 publishers on the other systems. That's the most basic point I was getting at. I can understand there are people that REALLY enjoy Nintendo games, and for them it will be worth it. But then there's a few people out there that love the most random things so much, that they'll pay anything for them. Numbers wise, it's just not valuable. Especially when the Nintendo support has even been pretty underwhelming.I think it is more that you don't enjoy Nintendo games, because I have greatly enjoyed more than a handfull of first party games on Wii. In fact, I have a good amount more games for that than I did when I had my ps3 or what I currently have on my 360. UCF_Knight
For the most part, yes I am purchasing a nintendo system for primarily nintendo games. I have a second console (was a ps3 until it died and I got tired of sony so I bought a 360), but I would be lying if I said the majority of my time spent playing is on a nintendo system. I was not saying anything different in my original post. I would like it if it had all of the 3rd party games, but I have had more than enough games to play that were only on wii (in fact there are several that I havn't even had time to finish yet).
