@ember_to_flame: No one even remembered Alan Wake I, it wasn't that good. It was highly anticipated by modern gaming companies and their paid reviewers, no one else. You know, the gaming companies that claim their remakes and sequels are flying off shelves but are laying off thousands of employees in one go.
This game is straight out of 2011. If it had never been released, no one would have missed it. It has antiquated mechanics and game menus and has all the fun of taking the wrong exit on an interstate and getting lost for 1000 miles.
According to everyone's sales records, times are booming for video games right now. Could it be that they're outright lying about that and panicking over the thought of having to actually make new games for their consoles?
Oh thank God, they're remaking another game for the PS5? Whew. That's a relief. Now people can continue asking me what that ugly VCR is doing on my entertainment center instead of seeing me play it.
That shouldn't be too hard considering he skinned this game directly over scrapped Diablo environments. Has he decided to take it in a new direction next time, like stealing ESO backgrounds instead?
You'd think with all these leagues going on at least one of them would look original. Looks like they skinned Suicide Squad characters over a scrapped Destiny 2 map. The gameplay looks straight out of 2011.
