Just saw Cloverfield and seen the movie trailer/teaser to the upcoming Star Trek movie (to be released Dec 25, 2008) Is this a prequil to all the movies and the series?
Hera aremy pc specs: Dell Dimension XPS Gen 2: P4 3.0ghz w/800mhz/ht technology, 3 gig ram, ATI x1950 pro 256 agp graphics card, 19"Acer widescreen, Windows XP pro. What shader do I have? I read in the MOH:Airbourne forum that you need a video card with shader 3.0 to run it. I have just bought and installed COD4 and it runs fine. Will my card not support the game?
The book is War and Peace published in 1956, with the 75 cents price on the cover, and the pages are browning pretty bad, so I know it is pretty old. The person could be from either the Korea or Vietnam era.

"LT.G H Snow 790 AC&W Kirksville, Mo." I am pretty sure it is some Soldiers book. I am wanting to try to get this book back to him, or his family. Do the initials mean anything to you and how would I start doing research? And thanks for your help!
I was reading where the new apple operating system, Leopard, has a program in it called "boot camp" where you could install duel operating systems in it. you could partition the hard drive to run the Leopard or XP/Vista. If this is true and you install XP, would pc games (i.e. STALKER, HL2) run on this apple system? (with top notch memory and video card installed)

i have no problem with microsoft releasing a new operating system, i am holding out as long as possible with my xp pro and my current system. i just installed an ati x1950 pro 256 and 2 gig more memory (have 3 gig total, i know, overkill, but the price was right for two gig @ $121.00) i want to get the most "milage" out of my system! still a lot of games i have not played yet that run great on xp and a pent. 4!
