I just finished MP2 the other day! I was pretty excited, especially since I'd picking away at it since last November. (Somehow I just don't get a lot of opportunities to play our consoles.) I thought it was fantastic. Yes, some of the bosses are tough but overall I'd say it's pretty much equal with MP difficulty and quality wise. I will admit to relying on walkthroughs at a couple of points because I'd forget what was happening due to long layoffs in between play times. Honestly, I don't understand why so many people are down on this game!

(T&C Surf Designs comes to mind, lol, what you know about dat!?)skreetpreacha

Ha! I just picked that up at a thrift store a couple of weeks ago along with a few other NES games. Oh, the good ol' 8-bit days.

I've got Tony Hawk Pro Skater 4 for Xbox and it's pretty awesome. Never played any of the others to compare though.

Both are outstanding and actually very similar. The main difference is that in MP2 there's this whole light/dark world thing going on. I thought it was a neat, challenging twist but as you can tell by other posters' comments, your mileage may vary.

Are the same characters in each game? Or is it different characters in the same world? Just wondering.

Yes, it's true! I've been through LeafGreen twice since January and have about 150 hours logged in. That's the only version I've played but I'm looking forward to moving on to another one. Probably take up Emerald next.

You must be unaware of the SPs and GBA Micros that have the same bright screen as the DS.
