If u send to Sony minum 2 weeks to return my PS3 broke also. In store u might be able to exhange it though. SOny will have no problamos

I got PS3 day it came out and I never regret it. RFOM was awesome. You should be happy Sony is bringing more people into our online community as well. P.S. I think 60 gig version owns at launch, "Price Drop is good u cant complain this is buisness."

Playstation 3- 40,60,80 gig hard drive. MANY MANY exclusives and amazing library of games. Online is great just wait till Home comes out. Depends if u like action adventure, weird, cool shooter systems get this. Cool downloadable games Warhawk, Socom Confrontation, Loco Rocco Correcho PS1 games as well. Lots of downloadable content.

X-Box 360-256mb memory card, 20, 120 gig hard drive. Lots of shooters Gears and Halo 3 and Bioshock. Great Online play with many downloadable content, tv shows, and music. (PS3 will most likely receive the music amd tv shows in March Update) Buy a 360 if ur a more hardcore audience player.

Get what fits urself the most. Just dont get the wii. I reccomend PS3 cause it will last longer just look at the PS2 but thats just my opinion hope this helps u. :)
