FFIX is easily the best, so to say it 'sucked something hard' shows you know nothing about the series. Go back to spewing man-love for an overrated title.
Look, I get it.. you're going to make DLC where you can, and with Dead Space there's not much to be done aside from new story, but come on. Did you guys not learn your lesson with ME3? People clearly don't like it when you give them crap endings, do you think cutting up the ending into separate downloadable pieces is going to appease anyone else? I'll answer that for you, no, it won't. You're only continuing to infuriate what actual fans you have.
@LukeWesty Exactly. They come out with news pieces every few days insisting that most gamers WANT all of the terrible features that EVERYONE ELSE is demonizing the company for including. It's a complete load of crap, no one wants it, they're trying to brainwash people into thinking that other people don't mind, so you shouldn't either. It's absolutely disgusting some of the business practices EA undertakes, and this is something they do on a weekly basis.
Every few days, EA releases an article, defending some piece of crap they just released that everyone's bad-mouthing, and somewhere in the article EA always tells the naysayers they're 'wrong' rather than taking what they have to say into account. Maybe your game DOES suck, EA. Maybe you DO run great franchises into the ground, to the point that people sigh a sigh of disgust when once-great franchises are mentioned, a la Mass Effect, Dead Space...
I mean, it was kind of funny at first, watching EA fumble around and tell their fans that they're wrong every time public outcry demanded they make a change, but that was seriously years ago. Here it is, in 2013, and they're STILL telling their fans that they're idiots, and they're STILL destroying great franchises.
Hey EA, maybe your 'fans' are onto something. Listen to them, FOR ONCE.
"Earl declined to say how many copies of Real Racing 3 have been downloaded so far or how much revenue the game has brought in. However, he did note that he was "vindicated early" from a financial perspective."
If he was so 'vindicated', he would've gave them a number. No, this is another bullshit move by EA.. releasing articles that blatantly tell their fans that they're wrong.. AGAIN, AS ALWAYS. My God, why in the hell do people support these guys? STOP BUYING THEIR GAMES.
